KANSAS CITY, Kan. (KCTV/CNN) – Animal control in Kansas City, Kan., had to factually go out on a limb once a call got about someone’s pet got trapped in a tree.

An animal control officer named Tyler Hansen got a strange call to saving a dog that was trapped on a limb. Strange right?

Hansen said this is his first time seeing anything like this in his life, and this is one of the craziest things ever.

As he reasons, the dog may have got curious hunting a squirrel or cat and has run up a tree and curiosity has got him.

Hansen quickly arranged backup and climbed up the tree to get the dog without any harm. And then the dog was safely passed to the owner.

The dog came back home safely and sound after shouting up in the wrong tree.
